Fees
Last Updated: May 14, 2026
This page describes the fees charged by Trading Meme Coins ("TMC") in connection with use of the TMC Platform. We believe in full fee transparency. If anything here is unclear, contact us at pro.tmc.com@gmail.com.

1. Platform Fee (Buy/Sell on Bonding Curve)
When you buy or sell a token through the TMC bonding curve, a platform fee of 0.97% (97 basis points) of the trade volume is automatically deducted by the smart contract at the time of the transaction.
How it works
- The fee is denominated in the same asset as the trade input:
- For buys: fee is deducted from the SOL amount you input
- For sells: fee is deducted from the SOL amount you receive
- The fee is collected automatically on-chain by the LaunchLab smart contract
- You can see the exact fee amount in the trade quote before signing
Example
If you buy with 1 SOL of input:
- Platform fee: 0.0097 SOL (~$1.45 at $150/SOL)
- Amount used to acquire tokens: 0.9903 SOL
- The fee is collected on-chain by the smart contract and routed to the TMC fee account
2. Solana Network Fees ("Gas")
In addition to TMC's platform fee, every transaction on the Solana blockchain requires a network fee (commonly called "gas"). These fees are paid directly by you to the Solana network, not to TMC.
Typical Solana network fees:
| Transaction type | Typical cost |
|---|---|
| Simple transfer | ~0.000005 SOL ($0.00075) |
| Token creation (mint + metadata + curve init) | ~0.01 – 0.05 SOL |
| Bonding curve buy/sell | ~0.0001 – 0.001 SOL |
TMC has no control over Solana network fees. They depend on network congestion. During high traffic events, you may need to set higher priority fees to ensure your transaction goes through quickly.
3. Creator Fees
Certain tokens launched on the TMC Platform may include a "Creator Fee" — a small additional fee paid to the wallet that created the token, on each buy/sell of that token.
Key facts about Creator Fees
- Creator Fees are configurable by the token creator at the moment of token creation
- Creator Fees are deducted on-chain, automatically, in addition to the TMC platform fee
- TMC does not control where Creator Fees are routed (they go to the wallet designated by the creator)
- TMC makes no representations or warranties about Creator Fees being collected or distributed reliably; this depends on the smart contract and network conditions
- You can see the Creator Fee setting (if any) on each token's page before trading
See our Terms of Use, Section 4.6 for the full legal framework around Creator Fees.
4. Token Graduation and Raydium
When a token's bonding curve reaches its graduation threshold (approximately 85 SOL of liquidity at the time of writing), the token automatically migrates to a Raydium AMM pool.
After graduation:
- The TMC bonding curve is closed for that token
- All buys/sells happen through Raydium's AMM
- TMC's 0.97% platform fee no longer applies
- Raydium's fee structure applies instead (currently 0.25% LP fee + 0.05% protocol fee, subject to change by Raydium)
- Solana network fees still apply
TMC has no control over Raydium's fees. See raydium.io for Raydium's current fee schedule.
5. No Hidden Fees
TMC does not charge:
- Account opening fees
- Account maintenance fees
- Deposit fees
- Withdrawal fees (TMC is non-custodial — your funds never leave your wallet)
- Inactivity fees
- Currency conversion fees
- KYC fees
- API access fees
- Fees for browsing, searching, or viewing charts
The only fees TMC charges are the 0.97% platform fee on bonding curve trades. Everything else is paid to third parties (Solana network, Raydium, optional token creators).
6. Fee Changes
TMC reserves the right to adjust fees at any time. Any changes will:
- Be announced on the TMC Platform with reasonable advance notice
- Apply only to future transactions, never retroactively
- Be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
By continuing to use the TMC Platform after a fee change is announced, you consent to the updated fees. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
See our Terms of Use, Section 4 for the full legal framework around fees.
7. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may apply to your activities on the TMC Platform, including:
- Income tax on profits from trading
- Capital gains tax on token sales
- VAT or sales tax where applicable
- Crypto-specific taxes in your jurisdiction
TMC does not provide tax advice and does not withhold any tax. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction.
8. On-chain transparency
All TMC fees are collected and routed on-chain via smart contracts on Solana. Because Solana is a public blockchain, every fee transaction is visible to anyone who knows where to look. We don't publish wallet addresses or off-chain dashboards for security reasons, but the protocol is verifiable by inspection of the LaunchLab program (DRay6fNdQ5J82H7xV6uq2aV3mNrUZ1J4PgSKsWgptcm6) on devnet, and the equivalent program on mainnet when launched.
