Trademark Guidelines

These Trademark Guidelines describe how the "Trading Meme Coins", "TMC", and related logos, designs, and brand assets (collectively, the "TMC Marks") may and may not be used. These guidelines also cover the use of third-party trademarks on the TMC Platform, including TradingView trademarks.

By using the TMC Platform, you agree to comply with these Trademark Guidelines. Failure to comply may result in legal action and/or termination of your access to the TMC Platform.

1. TMC Marks

The TMC Marks include but are not limited to:

The word marks "Trading Meme Coins" and "TMC"
The TMC logo and any stylized versions thereof
The trading-meme-coins.com domain name and related domains
Any taglines, slogans, or branded copy created by TMC
The TMC color palette, typography, and visual identity assets

2. Permitted Use of TMC Marks

Without prior written authorization, you may use the TMC Marks only in the following limited circumstances:

2.1. Nominative use

You may refer to TMC by name (e.g., "I bought this token on TMC") in editorial, journalistic, educational, or factual contexts, provided that:

Your reference is accurate and not misleading;
You do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with TMC;
You do not use TMC Marks more prominently than necessary;
You do not modify or alter the TMC Marks.

2.2. Linking

You may link to the TMC Platform from your own website, blog, or social media using either the TMC Marks (logo or wordmark) or a plain text link, provided that:

The link goes directly to https://trading-meme-coins.com or a legitimate sub-page;
The context does not imply endorsement or affiliation;
You do not use TMC Marks in a manner that disparages, harms, or misrepresents TMC.

3. Prohibited Use of TMC Marks

You may NOT use the TMC Marks in any way that:

a. Implies endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation with TMC where none exists;
b. Could cause confusion as to the source, origin, or affiliation of any product, service, content, or token;
c. Disparages, defames, or harms the reputation of TMC;
d. Is associated with any token, project, product, or service that:
- (i) is a scam, rug pull, or fraudulent in any way;
- (ii) violates Applicable Law;
- (iii) promotes hate speech, violence, terrorism, or illegal activities;
- (iv) infringes the rights of any third party;
e. Modifies, distorts, or alters the TMC logo or any TMC visual assets;
f. Incorporates the TMC Marks into your own logo, trademark, or branding;
g. Registers the TMC Marks (or confusingly similar variations) as a trademark, domain name, social media handle, or business name in any jurisdiction;
h. Uses the TMC Marks in any token name, ticker symbol, or token description without prior written authorization from TMC;
i. Suggests that TMC creates, endorses, or recommends any specific token traded or created on the TMC Platform.

4. Tokens Using TMC Marks

You may not create a token on the TMC Platform that uses the TMC Marks in its name, ticker symbol, image, or description without prior written authorization. This includes but is not limited to:

Tokens named "TMC", "Trading Meme Coins", "TMC Token", "TMC Genesis 2", etc.
Tokens using the TMC logo or stylized variants;
Tokens whose images, descriptions, or social links suggest official TMC endorsement.

Tokens violating this section will be removed from the TMC Platform interface. The offending wallet may be banned from creating future tokens. Repeat offenders may face legal action.

Note: This section does not apply to the official tokens created by TMC itself (such as the TMC Genesis token, mint 5FX9meW6BCjtYx4pTV1Lfm8kb4h2bi43fZfpnRB6ZPwQ), which are authorized uses of the TMC Marks.

5. Third-Party Trademarks

The TMC Platform displays content that may include third-party trademarks. The following clarifications apply:

5.1. TradingView

TradingView, Advanced Charts, the TradingView logo, and related marks are trademarks of TradingView, Inc. ("TradingView") and its affiliates. TMC uses these marks under a non-exclusive license from TradingView for the sole purpose of identifying the source of the charting library integrated into the TMC Platform.

The attribution "Chart by TradingView" is displayed on every chart rendered on the TMC Platform, in compliance with our license agreement with TradingView. No claim is made to the TradingView trademark by TMC, and no endorsement is implied beyond the licensing relationship.

The TradingView charting library is the exclusive property of TradingView. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works of the TradingView library or any of its components. Such acts are prohibited under our agreement with TradingView and applicable copyright law.

5.2. Solana

Solana, the Solana logo, and related marks are trademarks of Solana Labs, Inc. and the Solana Foundation. TMC's use of these marks is solely to identify the underlying blockchain on which the TMC Platform operates.

5.3. Wallet Providers

Phantom, Solflare, and other wallet provider names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. TMC's use of these marks is solely to identify supported wallet integrations.

5.4. Other third-party marks

Any other third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, or logos that may appear on the TMC Platform are the property of their respective owners. TMC's use or display of such marks is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation, except where explicitly stated.

6. Reporting Trademark Infringement

If you believe that content on the TMC Platform (such as a token name, ticker, image, or description) infringes your trademark rights, please submit a notification in writing to our designated agent with the following information:

Identification of the trademark claimed to have been infringed, including registration number(s) and jurisdiction(s) where applicable.
Identification of the allegedly infringing content, including the URL on the TMC Platform and, for tokens, the mint address.
Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the trademark in the manner complained of is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices and, where appropriate, remove the infringing content from the TMC Platform user interface. Note that, as with copyright (see DMCA Policy), we cannot remove content from the Solana blockchain itself, only from the TMC Platform's display.

7. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you submitted to the TMC Platform was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification using the same procedure as outlined in our DMCA Policy, Section 2, adapted for trademark claims.

8. Repeat Offenders

In accordance with these Trademark Guidelines, TMC has adopted a policy of terminating the access privileges of wallets, users, or token creators who are repeat trademark infringers. We may also take legal action where appropriate.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Trademark Guidelines at any time. Changes will be announced on the TMC Platform with the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
